Scope of management

The scope of management is important for effective project management. Projects are expected to meet strict deadlines with resource restraints and unapproved change in the scope can affect the success of project.

Management includes planning organising controlling and managing resoruce to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. It is often closely related to and sometimes conflated with project management. It is the terms which refers to the incremental expansion of the scope of the management,which may include and introduce more requirements that may not have been initially planning of management.
